Entity Browsing
Once you've connected a data source, you can browse the entities (invoices, estimates, etc.) available in that account.
Accessing entities
- Go to Team > Integrations
- Click Browse Data on your connected data source
- Select an entity type (e.g., Invoices or Estimates)
Searching and filtering
The entity list page provides several ways to find what you're looking for:
- Customer search — Type a customer name to filter results. This searches across all customers in your QuickBooks account and returns matching entities.
- Document number — Search by the exact invoice or estimate number.
- Date range — Filter by a from and/or to date.
Fill in your filters and click Search. Click Clear to remove all filters and return to the default view.
Pagination
Results are displayed 25 at a time, sorted by date (newest first). Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through pages. The total count is shown above the table.
Entity detail
Click View on any entity to see its full detail page. This shows:
- All available fields grouped by category (Invoice, Customer, Line Items)
- The placeholder name for each field (e.g., ${CUSTOMER_NAME})
- The current value from your data source
This is also where you generate documents — click Generate Document to merge this entity's data into one of your templates.
