How your documents are protected
Private, encrypted storage
Generated documents are stored in private cloud storage on Amazon Web Services and encrypted while stored. They are never published to the open internet.
No public link exists
There is no public web address for your documents — not a hidden one, not a hard-to-guess one. Files are never handed out as direct storage links.
Every download is authorized
Downloads pass through the application, which verifies the document belongs to your account before releasing the file. No one else can retrieve it, even with the link.
Encrypted in transit
Every transfer between your browser and the application is encrypted with HTTPS, enforced on every request.
You control what is kept
Delete any generated document whenever you like and it is removed from storage. Document previews are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Your QuickBooks stays yours
You connect through Intuit's own secure authorization — we never see your QuickBooks password. Revoke access at any time from either side.
Protecting your account
Documents are only as safe as the account that reaches them, so account security gets the same attention.
