# Print a Week of Invoices at Once

> At the end of each week I print every invoice we sent. Opening them one at a time takes forever. Is there a faster way?

Select the week's invoices and generate them together. You get one PDF with every invoice in it, ready to print.

## What you need

- The **Advanced** plan. Generating documents together is part of it.

## Steps

1. Click **Connections** in the sidebar, click your QuickBooks connection, and choose **Invoices**.
2. Set **From** and **To** to the first and last days of the week, and click **Search**.
3. Tick the checkbox at the top of the table to select every invoice on the page. If there's more than one page, click **Next** and tick it again on each page. Your selection carries over from page to page.
4. Click **Generate together**.
5. Choose your template, choose **PDF**, and choose **One merged PDF**.
6. Click **Start run**.
7. When it finishes, open the run from **Batch runs** in the sidebar and click **Merged PDF**.

You can leave the page while it runs. If it takes longer than a minute, you get an email when it's done.

## Good to know

- One run can hold up to 100 invoices. For a busier week, run it in two halves, such as Monday to Wednesday and Thursday to Friday.
- Choose **A ZIP of separate files** instead if each invoice is going to a different person.
- The merged PDF can be downloaded for 7 days. Each invoice also stays in your **Documents** history.
- The same steps work for estimates, purchase orders and other documents, and with any template, such as a [packing slip](/docs/cookbook/packing-slip-without-prices).
